Commissioning Services

Since commissioning is a collaborative process encompassing planning, delivery, verification, and managing risks to critical functions, we recommend starting the process early in the design phase to allow our commissioning personnel to become familiar with the requirements and programming documents.



Owner Representative Services

The depth of knowledge that PBS has in design and construction enables our team to assist Owner’s in meeting their project goals and objectives. We do this by emphasizing effective communication and teamwork and oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Code/Life Safety project activities, and managing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal authorities.
